It was an honor to have you registered/ present in our zoom webinar. This was one of our activities to mark the International Day for Street Children 2025. Your participation ensured the success of the event. We were thrilled to have you join us for this enlightening discussion, and we hope that you found it valuable and insightful.

The Webinar was hosted by Safe-Child Advocacy, Catholic Archdiocese of Kumasi managed by Daughters of Charity of St. Vincent De Paul on Tuesday April 30th, 2024. Under the theme: Participation “From the streets to the decision table: Listening to the voice of Street- Connected Children”

In a panel discussion, we explored:

1) How can we create an inclusive space for children participation in decision making?

2) Innovative methods for amplifying the voices of street connected children in decision making.

3) Cultural and systematic obstacles that hinder meaningful engagement- and how to address them.

We hope to continue to work together towards improving the inclusion in decision making for all children especially those in street situations.
